Tequila-lime Chicken Taco

with Boursin® Shallot & Chive Cheese

Your Turn To Create

Cheese Mixture
  • Combine Boursin Cheese and paprika.
  • Set aside in refrigerator.
Chicken
  • In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, tequila, garlic, lime juice, and zest.
  • Add chicken, stir to coat evenly.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Once marinated, thread chicken on skewers.
  • Grill on medium-high for 10 to 15 minutes, turning them occasionally.
  • Remove chicken from skewers.
Combine and Serve
  • Heat taco shells.
  • Spread inside of tacos with cheese mixture.
  • Fill with chicken.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and pico de gallo or salsa.
  • Serve immediately.

Tip

Prepare dinner ahead of time. Simply marinate the chicken and let it refrigerate for up to 8 hours. When dinner time comes, skew chicken and grill as directed.

  • 1 cup pineapple juice

  • 1/4 cup tequila

  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 2 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

  • 2 cups chicken, cut into cubes

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 12 soft- or hard-shell tacos

  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped

  • 1 cup pico de gallo or salsa

  • 1/2 box of Boursin Shallot & Chive Cheese

  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice

  • 1/8 cup tequila

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken, cut into cubes

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  • 8 soft- or hard-shell tacos

  • 1/6 cup fresh coriander, chopped

  • 3/4 cup pico de gallo or salsa
