Boursin Cheese Pops

with Boursin Cranberry & Spice Cheese

Cheese Mixture
  • In a bowl, mix Boursin Cheese with bacon and nuts.
  • Shape cheese mixture into balls, 3/4" in diameter.
Herb Mixture
  • On a plate, combine parsley and chives.
  • Roll cheese balls in herb mixture, coating evenly.
Finish and Serve
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Gently push breadstick or pretzel stick into each ball.
  • Serve immediately.

Tip

To ensure the cheese pops are the same size, use a tablespoon to scoop out the same amount of cheese mixture.

  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped

  • 14 breadsticks or pretzel stick, cut to desired length

  • 1/2 box of Boursin Cranberry & Spice Cheese

  • 1 slice bacon, cooked and chopped

  • 1/8 cup walnuts, finely chopped

  • 1/8 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped

  • 7 breadsticks or pretzel stick, cut to desired length
