Directions
  • Prepare a medium gas or charcoal grill.
  • Brush the broccolini with 2 Tbs. of the oil. Grill the broccolini, turning several times, until charred in places, about 5 minutes total. Remove from the grill, coarsely chop, and transfer to a medium bowl. Add 2 Tbs. of the oil, the zest, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a few grinds of pepper, and toss gently. Set aside.
  • Lightly brush the bread slices on both sides with the remaining 2 Tbs. of oil. Grill, turning once, until lightly charred in places, about 1 minute per side.
  • Spread about 2 tsp. of the Boursin Garlic & Fine Herb Cheese over each of the toasts. Divide the broccolini mixture among the toasts, pressing it lightly into the cheese. Divide the tomatoes and pine nuts among the toasts, and serve.
