Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 375° F.
  • Brush both sides of each bread slice with olive oil and arrange on a large baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Remove the crostini from the oven and spread a thick layer of Boursin Cheese onto each one. Spoon the chopped tomatoes on top and sprinkle with oregano, basil and thyme leaves.
