For Grilled Salmon & Skillet Orzo
  • Cook the 4 salmon fillets in a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil, searing them on each side until golden and cooked through.
  • Lightly sauté the mini asparagus in the pan for 5 minutes, then keep them warm.
  • Cook the orzo in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, then drain.
  • In the same pot, add the Boursin® and stir until fully melted.
  • Add a little cooking water to adjust the texture to a creamy consistency.
  • Serve a portion of orzo on the plate, place the salmon fillet next to it, and add the asparagus on the side.
  • Garnish with a sprig of dill, half a lemon side, and a grind of black pepper.
