Sausage Sliders
  • Mix all ingredients (except onion, cheese, and vegetable oil) in a stainless steel bowl.
  • Portion into 2.5-3oz patties.
  • Cook in a saute pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil or on an outdoor grill for 6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  • Grill sliced onions.
  • To plate, top slider buns with Black Pepper Boursin® Cheese, add Nola Hot Sausage patties, and top with grilled onion.
  • 1 box Boursin Cracked Black Pepper Cheese

  • 1 pound ground pork

  • 2 tsp cajun seasoning

  • 4 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

  • 3 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 2 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tsp kosher salt

  • 1 sliced white onion
