BURGERS
  • Preheat grill and form beef in to 4 equally sized patties.
  • Thinly slice onions & radish & place in small bowl with vinegar & a pinch of salt. Slice tomatoes set aside.
  • Grill burgers for 3 minutes per side or until the internal temperature is ~160’. Toast buns while burgers cook.
  • Toss greens with olive oil, salt & pepper.
  • Assemble your burger! Start with bun base, add greens, tomatoes, radish & onions. Top with burger patty and crumbled Boursin® cheese. Finish with cilantro, onions & top of bun. Enjoy!
