Boursin Summer Flatbread

with Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese

Your Turn To Create

FLATBREAD
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Line Tray with parchment paper and lay pizza dough on top.
  • In a fry pan, heat olive oil over med-high heat. Add onions & cook over low for 15 min. Let cool.
  • On pizza dough, spread tomato sauce, top with cooled onions, cherry tomatoes, thyme & half of the Boursin® Shallot & Chive cheese. Ensure all toppings are evenly distributed.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove pizza, crumble remaining Boursin® cheese and add toasted pine nuts & basil.

Tip

Serve with arugula salad on the side.

  • 9oz Pre-Made Pizza Dough, rolled into a 10” round

  • 2 Medium Red Onions, sliced 1/4” thick

  • 2 T Olive Oil

  • 3.5oz Tomato Sauce

  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1/3 Cup Pine Nuts, toasted

  • 5 Springs Fresh Basil & Thyme
