Salad
  • In a large salad bowl, mix all the ingredients except the Boursin Cheese.
  • Toss well.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Combine and Serve
  • Top off with Boursin Cheese.
  • Divide evenly onto plates.
  • Serve immediately.

Tip

Combine clementine or orange juice with Greek yogurt before adding to salad. This will help ensure the hint of clementine or orange juice will be tasted throughout.

  • 6 cups lettuce, rinsed and shredded

  • 3 cups baby spinach

  • 2 cups diced cucumber

  • 3 clementine, peeled and quartered

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, cut into slices

  • 2 tablespoons clementine or orange juice

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

  • Salt

  • Freshly ground pepper

  • 1/2 box of Boursin Cranberry & Spice Cheese

  • 3 cups lettuce, rinsed and shredded

  • 1 1/2 cups baby spinach

  • 1 cups diced cucumber

  • 1 1/2 clementine, peeled and quartered

  • 1 cups cooked turkey, cut into slices

  • 1 tablespoons clementine or orange juice

  • 1/8 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/8 cup dried cranberries

  • Salt

  • Freshly ground pepper
