Directions

Your Turn To Create

  • Remove the top layer of foil from the Boursin package and place on to any wood board and gently fold back the outer foil edges. We used a 13” round board.
  • Create a salami rose: - Place 3 pieces of genoa salami slightly overlapping each other and folding all of them from bottom to top. (It forms a long “taco” shape at this stage.) - Roll from one end to another to create the center of the rose bud. - Next, create petals by folding individual pieces of salami in half and then adding them to the center piece that was already made. - Continue until 8 pieces of salami have been used and place into a small cup/bowl. - Repeat to create 2 roses.
  • Add 2 small bowls to the board and place olives inside.
  • Gently place cold prosciutto around one of the olive jars.
  • Place the flatbread crackers in two different sections on the board.
  • Add all of the seasonal fruit around the board and garnish with edible flowers and fresh sage.
  • Enjoy!
