Shrimp and Fava Bean Spaghetti Recipe

Spaghetti
  • Bring large pot of water to boil, add pinch of salt.
  • Cook according to package instructions.
  • Drain and return to pot.
Shrimp and Sauce
  • While spaghetti is cooking, heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
  • Add fava beans, pinch of salt, and a few cracks of black pepper.
  • Cook for 1 minute stirring frequently.
  • Add white wine, cook 1 minute.
  • Add shrimp and cook, stirring until they turn bright pink and curl up.
  • Stir in Boursin Cheese, crème fraiche, and lemon juice.
  • Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve
  • Pour shrimp and sauce over pasta.
  • Mix with tongs.
  • Serve hot.

Tip

Reduce your prep time by buying deveined shrimp. It may cost a bit more, but it saves you time in the kitchen.
