Summer Boursin & Berry Medley Mini Phyllo Tarts

Light and flakey phyllo tart crust filled with whipped Boursin Cheese, topped with fresh berries and garnished with mint.

Your Turn To Create

Cream Filling
  • In a small bowl, combine Boursin Cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. With an electric beater, beat until smooth.
  • Add heavy whipping cream and mix until smooth.
  • Place in fridge 10 minutes to firm.
Assemble
  • Wash berries.
  • Using small spoon and rubber scraper, dollop cream filling into each mini phyllo shell.
  • Add berries to each shell, you can mix and match or keep berries separate.
  • Add small fresh mint leaf to garnish.
  • Optional: Add small edible flower to each.
  • 1 package Boursin Caramelized Onion & Herbs

  • 2 packages premade phyllo shells

  • Fresh raspberries

  • Fresh blueberries

  • Fresh blackberries

  • 3/4 cup heaving whipping cream

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Mint leaves to garnish

  • Optional: Edible flowers
