Boursin One Pot Vegetable Pasta

with Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs and BUITONI® Tortellini

All you need is one dish to make this deliciously creamy tortellini featuring Boursin® Cooking Cream.

For Pasta
  • Prep all vegetables, put into 9x13” pan. Toss with salt, pepper & olive oil. Roast for 20 min, mixing half way through.
  • Remove from oven and add Boursin, tortellini & water; mix thoroughly.
  • Top with crumbled Boursin; cover with aluminum foil and bake for 12 min.
  • Remove foil and continue baking for 7-8 min. Remove from oven.
  • Mix together and add remaining Boursin crumbled on top to finish.

Tip

If using a glass Pyrex pan, heat the Boursin Cooking Cream & water before adding to pan, to avoid the glass cracking.

  • 3 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 cups brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved (if large brussels sprouts cut into quarters)

  • 1 1/2 cup red onion, 1/2” diced

  • 2 cups carrots, peeled, 1/2” diced

  • 2 packages Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs

  • 1 package BUITONI® Refrigerated Mixed Cheese Tortellini (20 oz.)

  • 2 1/2 cups water

  • 1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs , crumbled

  • Salt and pepper to taste
