Boursin’s twist on the beloved Italian dish, Cacio e Pepe! Spaghetti with freshly ground black pepper and peas, coated in a deliciously creamy sauce made with Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs and garnished with chives, parsley, and more cheese.

Your Turn To Create

For Pasta
  • Boil pasta for 1-2 minutes less than the package directions specify.
For Sauce
  • While pasta is cooking, melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet.
  • When foamy, add the black pepper and peas. Toast until pepper is fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  • Optional: For increased flavor and vibrance, add a handful of chopped sundried tomatoes.
  • Add Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese and 1 cup of the pasta water. Whisk until smooth and saucy.
  • Add the chives, parsley, and parmesan. Mix until will combined.
Combine and Serve
  • Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine. Adjust for salt if needed.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
