Onion and Pepper Mixture
  • Heat olive oil in skillet to medium-high
  • Add onion, cook for 2 minutes
  • Add peppers and garlic, cook for 3 minutes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Remove from heat and set aside
Combine and Bake
  • In large bowl, combine onion and pepper mixture with Boursin Cheese
  • Fill shells with mixture
  • Place on baking sheet
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 375°F
Finish and Serve
  • Garnish each shell with fresh coriander
  • Serve immediately
