Boursin Nacho Shells

Onion and Pepper Mixture
  • Heat olive oil in skillet to medium-high.
  • Add onion, cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add peppers and garlic, cook for 3 minutes.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.
Combine and Bake
  • In large bowl, combine onion and pepper mixture with Boursin Cheese.
  • Fill shells with mixture.
  • Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 375°F.
Finish and Serve
  • Garnish each shell with fresh coriander.
  • Serve immediately.

Tip

Fill a sealable sandwich bag with cheese mixture and snip off the corner of the bag. Gently squeeze desired amount onto each shell.

  • 1/2 red pepper, diced

  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 onion, diced

  • 1/4 green pepper, diced
