Your Turn To Create

  • Remove stem end and strings from snap peas. Quarter radishes
  • Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat
  • Add shallot and cook for 1 minute
  • Add snap peas, radishes, salt and pepper and sauté for 4-5 minutes until crisp tender
  • Adjust salt and pepper. Cut snap peas in half
  • Create skewers with radish, snap pea half, Boursin Bite and mint leaf
  • Crispy Bites:

  • 4.23 oz Boursin Bites Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese

  • ¼ cup flour

  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

  • pinch of cayenne pepper, optional

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 Tbsp. water

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • Zesty Red Pepper Dipping Sauce:

  • 1 (12 oz.) jar roasted red peppers

  • 1 clove garlic

  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

  • 3 Tbsp. chopped Italian parsley

  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

  • Pinch of cayenne

  • ½ tsp dried rosemary, optional
