Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms

This simple, yet delicious brunch recipe is guaranteed to WOW your guests! The creamy, crumbly Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs pairs perfectly with the earthy mushroom flavor, all topped with a crunchy breadcrumb mixture.

YOUR TURN TO CREATE

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Clean mushrooms and pat dry. Pop out stems.
  • Fill mushrooms with Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese. 
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil, and cracked black pepper and salt. 
  • Top each mushroom with breadcrumb mixture. 
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes, if desired. 
  • Optional: Top with fresh copped or dried parsley.

  • 1 package baby bella mushrooms (or mushroom of choice)

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Cracked pepper and salt to taste

  • Fresh or dried parsley (optional)

  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds

  • 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber

  • ¼ cup chopped dill
