Baby Blinis topped with a smear of Boursin and topped with caviar or smoked salmon.

For Blinis
  • Bring the Boursin Garlic & Herb to room temperature.
  • Combine flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  • Make a well in the center, crack in the egg and add 1 tablespoon of oil, then beat into the flour.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk until you have a smooth batter.
  • Add butter to a heated pan.
  • Cook batter like you would small, cracker-size pancakes, until golden brown.
  • Use a frosting pipe to add the Boursin on top of the blinis.
  • Top with caviar and smoked salmon.

  • Olive oil

  • 1 cup of semi-skimmed milk

  • Unsalted butter

  • 1 jar of caviar
