Your Turn To Create

For 1 Large Pizza
  • Preheat oven to 400° F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over med heat. Peel and halve onions, and thinly slice. Once oil is shimmering, add onions and cook, stirring frequently to prevent burning, until onions are soft, about 15 minutes. Then, remove from heat, drain and set aside.
  • Roll out pizza dough to a 12-inch diameter and place on baking sheet.
  • Spread pizza dough with sauce to 1” of the edge, then top with onions, cherry tomatoes, ½ of Boursin® cheese- making sure everything is evenly distributed. Sprinkle over thyme and bake for 20 minutes.
  • While pizza is baking, toast pine nuts in a dry frying pan over low heat, about 5 minutes.
  • When pizza is crisp on edges, remove and crumble remaining Boursin® cheese over top and add pine nuts and basil to garnish. Serve immediately.


Use a pizza stone if you have it or try grilling the pizza. Make sure to oil your grates to prevent sticking and keep a close eye to prevent burning!

  • 2 medium Red Onions, sliced

  • 4 oz Tomato Sauce

  • ¾ cup Cherry Tomatoes, whole

  • ¼ cup Pine Nuts, toasted

  • 5 stems Fresh Basil

  • 3 tsp Fresh Thyme

  • Salt & Pepper to taste
