A fresh take on a classic campfire dessert using fire roasted seasonal veggies complimented by your choice of Boursin Cheese.
Baking potatoes once just isn’t enough when you’re adding Boursin Shallot & Chive Cheese to the mix. The mild shallots combined with robust chives add a burst of flavor, while the Gournay Cheese brings the potatoes to a velvety, delightful texture.

Tip
In a rush? Cook your potatoes in the microwave instead. Simply, place potatoes on paper towel-lined plate and microwave on high for 15 minutes, or until soft. Follow the remaining steps, except when reheating potatoes, put them in the microwave on high for 3 minutes, or until heated through.
