Spring Vegetable Toast
  • Toast the bread.
  • Cut the carrot lengthwise into thin ribbons.
  • Cut the radishes into thin rounds.
  • Slice the lime in half, juice 1/2 and cut remaining 1/2 into very thin slices.
  • Tie each carrot ribbon into a knot.
  • Toss carrots, radish and baby greens with lime juice and set aside.
  • Spread toast with Boursin® Cheese, then layer carrots, radish, lime slices and baby greens on top.
  • Top with fresh thyme and serve.
