Directions
  • Cut the base of the endives and detach the leaves.
  • Rinse and dry endive leaves and lay flat on serving platter, cup side facing up
  • In the hollow of each leaf, place 1 tsp Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese
  • Top with 1 tomato & and a sprinkling of fresh oregano leaves.

Tip

play with your green garnish- feel free to use any herb you have growing, rosemary, chives, basil, for a slight twist!
