Boursin® Endive Cups
  • Cut the base of the endives and detach the leaves.
  • Rinse and dry endive leaves and lay flat on serving platter, cup side facing up.
  • In the hollow of each leaf, place 1 tsp Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese.
  • Top with 1 tomato & and a sprinkling of fresh oregano leaves.

Tip

Play with your green garnish- feel free to use any herb you have growing, rosemary, chives, basil, for a slight twist!

  • 1 box Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs , crumbled

  • 3 red or green Belgian endives

  • 1 small jar of Sundried Tomatoes

  • 12 sprigs of fresh oregano, stems removed
