Cheeseboard
  • Place the Boursin, the cranberry jam jar and the honey pot to form a triangle on board
  • Place the dried fruit crackers on the right next to the cranberry jam jar, between the jar and the Boursin.
  • Place the broccoli to the right and left of the Boursin around the edge of the board.
  • Cut the apple in half, remove the apple's core and seeds, and then cut each half into 10 slices. Place 5 slices on the right and 5 on the left just above the Boursin.
  • Place the Italian ham between the fruit crackers and the broccoli.
  • Fold the Bresaola into a flower and then place it between the Boursin and the small honey pot.
  • Place the gherkins and half of the dried apricots next to the honey.
  • Cut a dried fig in two and place the two halves next to the dried apricots. Place several grapes next to it.
  • Place the Castelvetrano olives next to the pomegranate and the jar of cranberry jam.
  • Cut the second dried fig in two and place the halves next to the green olives.
  • Cut the second apple in half, remove the apple's core and seeds, and then cut each half into 10 slices. Place 5 apple slices next to the dried fig near the olives, and the 5 remaining slices a bit farther away, close to the edge.
  • Place the other half of the dried apricots between the two groups of apple slices.
  • Place the Romanesco broccoli next to the dried apricots, just in front of the Italian ham.
  • 1 box Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs , crumbled

  • 1 head of broccolini or broccoli

  • 2 Apples

  • 8 dried apricots

  • 4 dried figs, sliced

  • 2/3 c. seeded grapes

  • 2/3 c. Castelvetrano olives

  • 2/3 c. Cornichon pickles

  • 2/3 c. sweet drop peppers

  • 3.5 oz Prosciutto

  • 3/5 oz Bresaola

  • ¼ c. shelled pistachios

  • Honey

  • 2/3 c. cranberry jam

  • Star crackers

  • Multi-seed or fruit & seed crackers, like Kii® or Raincoast®

  • Optional: Red Peppercorns and Rosemary Sprigs for garnish
