Prepare & Serve
  • Place a small saucepan over low heat with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
  • Toast pine nuts until golden, about 4 minutes and set aside.
  • Fold dark fresh cherries and maple syrup together in a small bowl.
  • Unwrap Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs Cheese.
  • Drizzle cherry & maple mixture over cheese, top with pine nuts.
  • Serve with your favorite fresh baguette or gourmet crackers.


Pine nuts will burn on high heat. Toast on a very low flame, stirring frequently.
