Salmon Radish Bites
- Slice radish into thin rounds.
- Cut salmon into thin slices.
- Lay 1 slice of salmon flat on clean surface, spread with Boursin® Cheese, and then roll salmon into tight roll like you would a cinnamon roll. Repeat with remaining salmon slices.
- Top each radish round with a salmon roll, then create 1/2 moon pocket with the radish and filling and skewer through both sides with a toothpick.
- Place on serving tray. Sprinkle with micro greens, chives and sesame seeds, and serve.
