Salmon and Cheese Mixture
  • Cut smoked salmon lengthwise into two separate halves.
  • Set aside.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine Boursin Cheese, lemon juice, and crème fraiche.
  • Reserve.
Spinach
  • Bring large pot of water to a boil.
  • Wash spinach leaves.
  • Blanch them in boiling water for 10 seconds.
  • Fish them out with tongs.
  • Plunge them in ice water.
  • Dry leaves on paper towels.
Combine and Serve
  • Spread out spinach leaves.
  • Lay half a slice of smoked salmon on top of each.
  • Spread cheese mixture in the middle of smoked salmon.
  • Fold over the edges of the spinach leaves.
  • Roll them up tightly.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Tip

Want to make rolls for a younger crowd, replace the smoked salmon with cooked ham and the spinach leaves with large lettuce leaves. Just as tasty as the original recipe.
