Impress your afternoon tea guests with an aesthetically beautiful smoked salmon and Boursin Garlic & Fine Herb checkerboard toast. This recipe was inspired by Ally Chen’s favorite Japanese cafe in NYC.

Your Turn To Create

  • Cut smoked salmon into ½ inch square pieces.
  • Spread a thick layer of Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs on your Japanese milk bread or thick white bread until smooth.
  • Arrange smoked salmon in a checkerboard design, alternating with cheese and salmon in a grid pattern.
  • Remove the crust and cut toast in half into rectangles.
  • Garnish with fresh dill and season with salt and pepper to toast if desired.
  • Enjoy!
