Your Turn To Create

  • Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, salt, and sauté until soft.
  • Add the butternut squash cut into cubes and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the garlic, sage, thyme, and the broth. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until the squash is fork-tender, about 30 minutes.
  • Add the coconut milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Pour the soup into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If your soup is too thick, add more broth or coconut milk and blend.
  • Season to taste and serve with dry thyme, pumpkin seeds, and crumbled Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese.


Serve with crostini. They add a hearty finishing touch.

  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
