  • Heat water on med-high heat in saucepan, bring to a boil. Carefully place eggs in pan, simmer covered on low for 9 minutes.
  • Remove the eggs from the pan, rinse under cold water and leave to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Peel the eggs from the shell, rinse and cut in half.
  • Remove the yolk from all eggs using a small spoon and place yolks in a large bowl, add the Boursin® Garlic & Herbs, salt & pepper & mash together with a fork.
  • Fill the hollow in each egg with the Boursin® Garlic & Herbs mix. Garnish with fresh cut chives, pepper or black olive slices. Keep chilled until needed.
