Your Turn To Create

Tomatoes and Zucchinis
  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Cut off and reserve 1/4" top of each tomato and zucchini.
  • Scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon and discard.
  • Salt and pepper inside of hollowed-out vegetables.
  • Place tomatoes and zucchinis upside down on lined baking sheet.
  • Cook for 15 minutes.
Cheese Mixture
  • Combine the Boursin Cheese and crème fraîche with a few cracks of pepper.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Grease baking dish with butter.
  • Remove tomatoes and zucchinis from oven and let cool slightly.
  • Place them right side up in prepared baking dish.
  • Fill each halfway with cheese mixture.
  • Break one egg over each.
  • Spread remaining cheese mixture over eggs.
Finish and Serve
  • Place tops on tomatoes and zucchinis.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.


When selecting tomatoes and zucchinis, try selecting the same size. Doing so will help ensure a more even cook on the vegetables.
