Your Turn To Create

  • Melt butter in a small sauté pan over medium heat.
  • Add onions, a pinch of salt, and a few cracks of fresh pepper.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally until onions are deep golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Light grill.
  • Season burger patties with salt and pepper.
  • Grill to desired doneness.
Combine and Serve
  • Spread half of the Boursin Cheese on bottom piece of bread.
  • Add cheese, a slice of tomato, and 2 lettuce leaves.
  • Place grilled burger on top.
  • Spread remainder of Boursin Cheese on top of the burger.
  • Add grilled onions and second slice of bread.
