Directions
  • Mix all ingredients (except onion, cheese, and vegetable oil) in a stainless steel bowl
  • Portion into 2.5-3oz patties
  • Cook in a saute pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil or on an outdoor grill for 6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked
  • Grill sliced onions
  • To plate, top slider buns with Black Pepper Boursin® Cheese, add Nola Hot Sausage patties, and top with grilled onion
